This refund policy applies to purchases made through Plexironchon, a Denmark-based business selling dietary supplements (food supplements). Our primary market is Denmark and the EU. EU consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right, apply to eligible purchases within the EU.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

Defective Products
